Hi Mario,
Not all Bella 200s have an electric starter. It depends on the year and model. If the electric starter is defective, spare parts are hard to find and quite expensive. Engine parts are also rarer and more expensive than for the IWL Berlin. The Bella 200 has more power and torque, and you don't have to shift gears much while riding. However, there are also 150cc Bellas that have the same performance as the Berlin. Cooling without a fan isn't a problem as long as the vents behind the passenger seat aren't blocked, for example, by a jacket or too much luggage.
There are many more Berlin models to choose from than Bellas. Spare parts for the Berlin are readily available and usually not expensive, especially engine and transmission parts. But it's true, the Bella is very robust and, in my opinion, more durable than the Berlin in every respect. If you're used to MZ and similar motorcycles, you'll need to adjust to the Bella, as the operation of the brakes and foot shifter is completely different.
