MZ 1000 SF - Reliability ? Zuverlässigkeit ?

21. November 2006 10:45

Hi,

I am French and I am interested in purchasing a used MZ 1000 SF.
My problem is that this bike has really confidential sales in France, and I cannot find any user report about :

- reliability ?
- cost of maintenance (at 10.000 kms / 20.000 kms ...)
- general quality ? Do you know any user of this bike, happy or unhappy ?
- do you know a user group / forum for MZ 1000 owner ?

MANY MANY THANKS in advance

---------------

Hallo,

Salut, Alex

It´s MOTORRAD.
Take also a look at page 4 (pdf - 6,69 mb)!
And last but not least look here for the onlineversion of the test.

They don´t loose their hold on their prooved locksmith- design.

All that stuff at the haed and before the fork.

Terrible.

But engine (exept of vibrations), chassis and reliability have to be in good condition as far as I´ve heard.
