She drips !

Hello from across the water.....
Doing maintenance and looking her over, I have noticed that
the blind plugs are oozing by the sprocket.

Is it fixable without splitting the cases?

Should I ignore it ? (seems like a terrible thing to do to this machine)

Edit to add...this is on a TS250/0.

What kind of motorcycle do you have?

@ Budda: He has a TS20/0.
@ Michael: your Problem ist a "normal" Problem by the MZ-Motor. You have to clean the blind-plugs very seriosly an give a drop Silicone ore two component adhesive on it and the Problem ist stopped.
I´ve also done at my MZ-Motors.
