I need some new parts for my 1965 ES175/1 (see below) and I was hoping you guys could advise me who supplies the best quality parts.

I need new rubber seat covers for BOTH the front and rear seats. I would like to get them from the same supplier so that they are exactly the same colour. I would prefer black or white in colour but I will buy red ones if they are the only option to replace both seats. I know that the rubber seats are different sizes for the front and the rear.
I also need the chrome covers for my front suspension units (Abdeckappe ???). I have seen these here:

Are they good quality, or is there a better supplier?

Thank you for any help you can give. I would like to purchase the correct parts at the first attempt, because shipping costs to the UK are expensive.

Ich brauche ein paar neue Teile für mein 1965 ES175 / 1 (siehe unten) und ich hatte gehofft, euch kann mir raten wer liefert die beste Qualität Teile.

Ich brauche neue Gummi-Sitzbezüge für die Vorder-und Rücksitzen. Ich möchte sie von den gleichen Lieferanten, so dass sie genau die gleiche Farbe erhalten. Ich würde es vorziehen schwarz oder weiß in der Farbe, aber ich werde roten kaufen, wenn sie die einzige Möglichkeit, beide Sitze zu ersetzen. Ich weiß, dass die Gummi-Sitze verschiedenen Größen für die Vorder-und Rückseite sind.
Ich brauche auch die verchromten Abdeckungen für meine Vorderradaufhängung Einheiten (Abdeckappe ???). Ich habe diese hier zu sehen:

Meine ES175 / 1 Sitze

Hello Phil,

seat covers fitting for your ES are available at different German dealers in cream colour (like original). They also have black ones, but they are not the original ones. For example, you can buy them here:

The quality of production is allright, but they are not cheap. You should think about 80 € at least for one. Both dealers can also offer you the chrome covers you need. These dealers are serious, the dealer of the ebay advertisement you mentioned in your posting is unknown to me, so I cannot say anything about him and the quality of his spare parts.

Thank you Wolfgang, am I correct in thinking that the front and rear seats are a different shape and size?

I think the cover for the front seat will not fit the rear seat. is this correct?

Ich denke, die Abdeckung für den Vordersitz passen nicht dem Rücksitz. ist dies korrekt?

OK thank you, I was told they were different and had different part numbers in the parts manual.
This makes life easier.

the complete seats are different, but these "covers" are the same, the metal-boxes below are different, because of the air filter and so on.
