hi there,
do you have measured the Voltage directly on the ignition coil? Point 15 and 1? if you turn the crankshaft, the voltage must toggle 6.5V and zero. If the Voltage is lower than 6V it might be the Problem, maybe the connection anywhere between battery and coil or Battery and engine-ground. PS: do you have measured the voltage at the runtime of the engine or at stop? and...above what RPM is charging the battery?

EDITH:// you can have a problem with the sealings of the crankshaft, they have less power if they are gettig warm/hot...
