Hi someone can explain me step by step how make the timing setting with the PVL Lichtmachine??? The tema is I really dont know what position I have to put the two parts I mark in the picture. How much Nm I need for the screw and, I guess I need to hold the piston to screw in it???

I don't know anything about the PVL, but there must be some marks anywhere. Read your MZ-manual for the right ignition-timing, I guess it will be around 2,75mm BTDC, what you have to measure with a dial gauge or similar.
The right torque for the central screw is not so critical, I would say, 10Nm will be enough.

Hi,
1. Connect all wires,
2. Unsrew the spark plug and plug it in (!),
3. Mount your dial gauge,
4. Find out the BTDC and reset the dial gauge to zero,
5. Turn the ignition to "on",
6. Put the spark plug to "ground",
7. Turn the crankshaft to see the spark (yes, you'll see it!) at the ignition time,
8. Turn the ground plate of the PVL so far, that you'll get the spark at 2,5 mm before BTDC,
9. Fix the ground plate,
10. Check the ignition time once more,
11. Open a bottle of beer...

Better idea is connect bulb (2W 12V) to igntion coil (between 15 and 1 connectors).
Bulb should turn-off 2,5mm before BTDC.

Never use a Bulb with the PVL-ignition. A Bulb will kill the electronics.

How to kill? Give some arguments for this theory.

moin,pvl???????? warum willst du dir das zeug einbauen,wo du doch gar nicht weisst,ob die gekauften teile funktionieren. optisch hab ich schon zweifel...die wicklungen waren komplett SCHWARZ und völlig veroelt... die schleifringe für die kohlebürsten haben rillen und kanten .du hast doch schon die restlichen komponenten der vape anlage verbaut...warum machst du den rest nicht auch noch dran??? ich helf dir dabei-wenn`s nicht grad regnet
