VAPE Bremslicht

hallo ich habe kein Bremslicht mit der Zündung VAPE. Ich habe den Motor drehen? zu haben, Bremslicht? Ich installiere die Zündung VAPE

Mit Batterie funktioniert das Bremslicht wie bisher. Hast Du die Minimalvariante der Vape ohne Batterie eingebaut, muß der Motor natürlich laufen, sonst gibt's keinen Strom an Bord.

Some days ago you had written questions about a PVL- ignition installation, now you has changed to Powerdynamo? If yes, there is installed only the ignition or the complete alternator with integrated ignition? There is a battery on bord?
Also some days ago you had written about exchanging the backlight, which of them is installed now?

Well I really liked set the PVL because I can use it with a electronic Drehzahlmesser. The PVL I bought in ebay and I was not sure did work, so I install the PVL and I had always a very low voltage making the test ignition from the yellow cable to ground. I supposed the pvl ignition was broken so I desided install again my Vape system. after intall the Vape I have a little doubt about where set the black cable of the relays ( because the very bad schaltplan of powerdynamo ) then I desided set the black cable to the blak/red ingnition cable, so I do. With these set up I test performance of the motorcycle and all was ok less the Druckknopf für Lichthupe. That was not so important for me and I decided put the engine on. the engine startet just 2 seconds and the electric system shut down. So I open the Druckknopf für Lichthupe and I see the white cable broken and I desided separate from the system this switches just to try again the ignition system. then I try again but the short remains. Now I have a malfuntion in the electric system.


My Stator test:
I disconected all the wires of the stator to messen and have, brown with bouth black wires a non conductivity, brown with red 0.504 Kiloohmios and brown with yelow 0.07 Kiloohmios. I guess is broken but not sure.

so I need to know how test the Vape regler without start the engine??

Regulator: I guess a regulator test with measurements outside the system is impossible. But you can smell on the regulator, if it has an burnt smell you know that it was destroyed :ja:
Another possibility could be, to plug the regulator into another running system.

Stator: If I see values from Powerdynamo for ignition coils, I mean your measured values for brown to red and brown to yellow (Powerdynamo said white :gruebel: ) should be ok. You have to check also black to black and not brown to black :idea:

Well ist right that the measurements of the stator brown-red and brown-yelow are well. Just black-black I have not 0.34 Ohm and I got a value of 0.6 Ohm so I suspect I screw so hard the Rotor and maybe is damage the stator. But anyway I get spark in sparkplug but not so satisfied with it.

Before I desmount the rotor to see if is the stator damage I like test something else and I will ask to powerdynamo about the stator black-black value of 0.6 Ohm.

my variat is with battery. and now I have bremslicht. just I dont get a good spark now. Today I have good news from powerdynamo. The measurement of 0,6 Ohm in my stator is ok. So I have to find what is the problem I cant start the motor.
